Wineries

Vinosia by Luciano Ercolino tells the family history that goes back over a hundred years ago in an ancient land: the Irpinia within the heart of Campania. Here since 1887, a simple farming family has pursued its utopia: a winery that produces unsurpassed traditional wines from the region with minimal impact on the environment. While using the latest technologies and advances to create consistently beautiful wines, Vinosia still looks to the history of the region to maintain the integrity of the region and the wines that come from it. The winery consists of over 300 acres under cultivation, of which 1/3 are directly owned and the rest are under direct management with long-term contracts. There are 7 separate vineyard locations, each specifically selected for the wine being produced.

Donnachiara

Five generations of experience in quality wine means a wealth of knowledge and a care and attachment to one's work that go beyond the economic return of any project.

The passion for one's work, the love for the product, also affects the collaborators and therefore there is a very strong sharing of values within the company.

The Donnachiara Winery is located on a beautiful hill on the slopes of the village of Montefalcione.

Here the territory is characterised by beautiful woods of chestnut trees, oaks and junipers and a perfect land for the cultivation of olive trees, vines and fruit trees.

A magical place where you can re-embrace the true flavours and scents of nature.

Cilento, overlooking an uncontaminated Tyrrhenian Sea, is a land of sweet and rugged hills rich in Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees, well suited for viticulture. Nature is protected by the ‘National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano’. The typical geologic formation of the ‘Flysch del Cilento’, rich in clays and limestones, is an extraordinary soil for the deep roots of our vine plants. For some decades the Fiano and the Aglianico, Campania historical vines, here have found unique and sophisticated expression at the hands of tenacious growers. Our wines were born in the municipalities of Castellabate and Giungano.

Vestini Campagnano

Located fall within the DOC Galluccio red, rosé and white area, precisely in the municipality of Conca della Campania, on the slopes of the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina. The territory is mainly hilly, at about 200 meters above sea level. Much of the territory of the area is characterized by the presence of lava deposits, typical of the various phases of the eruptive activity of the Roccamonfina volcano. The composition of the soils is varied: clayey-calcareous, clayey-sandy and medium-textured. The soil's richness in potassium and the environmental characteristics make the area particularly suited to viticulture.

Terre Irpine

We are in the heart of Campania among lands rich in history and natural beauty, characterized by rolling hills, beech and chestnut woods, but there is no lack of valleys and plains which, thanks to the favorable climatic conditions and the absence of strong industrial and urban settlements, are particularly suited to hosting eco-compatible agricultural practices.

HOTELS

Hotel Villa Franca Positano

Boasting exceptional views over the Mediterranean, Villa Franca has invested a fortune over the past few years, raising the already exceptional quality of this family owned and operated gem. The team is excellent, and our clients enjoy taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle to Positano’s city center. The rooftop swimming pool offers beautiful views, and we always recommend Li Galli, their exceptional restaurant. Rooms are lovely thanks to the hands-on attention of the hotel’s owner.

Great travels soon!
